Bespoke Landscapes is a landscape design and construction company with seven years of experience in creating exceptional outdoor spaces. We began as a landscape construction team and have since developed expertise in various aspects of the landscaping business, including project management, subcontractor engagement, excavation, stone/brickwork, ponds, paving, concreting, irrigation, lighting, and planting.
Our team pays precise attention to detail and works closely with clients to find customised solutions that fit the landscape. We take pride in our approachable and friendly attitude on-site, ensuring a pleasant construction experience for all involved.
At Bespoke Landscapes, we are equipped to bring our own designs to life or execute designs from other studios. From start to finish, we handle all construction elements required for the project, and we can also coordinate subcontractors and provide comprehensive supervision throughout the entire process.

The Bespoke Landscapes construction team offers their services all across the north side of the Yarra River, as our headquarters are in Heidelberg West.

Once you have received a completed landscape design from your designer, you can send the completed master plan of your garden or landscape to info@bespokelandscapes.com.au. Please mention your contact details and a describtion of your project to give us a clear image if what you are trying to achieve. From there we can take steps to start quoting your job.
The quote includes a detailed list of items and materials that are needed to construct your project. Next to that list the costs per individual item will be shown. Some items are just an estimate, and may require on site measuring or subcontracting.
At the end of the quote the total sum of all items will be calculated.
What’s included in the quote depends on the job, just as the final price.
For us to be able to calculate how much material and labor we need to construct your job, we will need a fully detailed plan for your design, including planting list, measurements and quantities.

The design process at Bespoke Landscapes consists of three key steps: Consult, Concept, and Construction. When you express interest in having a landscape design created, we begin with a site consultation. During this visit, we have the opportunity to discuss your specific desires and the budget you have in mind. This information allows us to prepare a Design Brief and Fee Proposal that aligns with your needs.
If you approve the Design Brief and Fee Proposal, we proceed to the concept design phase. Here, you will receive a detailed plan showcasing all the proposed elements of the design, along with a planting palette and reference images. We want to ensure that the concept design captures your vision and meets your expectations.
Once you are satisfied with the concept design, we move forward to the construction phase. During this stage, we create comprehensive construction drawings that provide precise guidance to our team or your chosen construction company. These drawings are instrumental in facilitating the smooth and accurate execution of the design.
At Bespoke Landscapes, we are committed to guiding you through each step of the design process, ensuring clear communication, and delivering a landscape design that brings your vision to life.
We understand that every design is unique and tailored to your specific requirements, site details, and the complexity of the project. As a result, the cost of our designs can vary.
Based on our experience, we typically see that our designs cost around 8-10% of the client's budget. This percentage represents the level of work involved in creating a comprehensive and customised design that meets your expectations.
For our initial design consultation, we charge a fee of $380 plus GST. This consultation is a valuable opportunity for us to discuss your ideas, assess the site, and understand your vision for the project. It allows us to provide you with professional insights, expert advice, and an understanding of the design process.
The duration of the design process can vary depending on factors such as the scale of the project and our current workload. On average, you can expect the design phase to take approximately 12 weeks.
While we strive to complete the design within the estimated timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances or additional revisions may occasionally extend the duration slightly. Rest assured, our team is committed to delivering a high-quality design that exceeds your expectations, and we will work diligently to meet your project timeline.
